This project is discussing and demonstrating how vernacular architecture can be redesigned by using vernacular material-bamboo in a new way to suit in nowadays vibrant changing society. "Play" is the key in this designing project. It provides freedom to challenge the norms of the vernacular architecture and allows other possibilities happening in vernacular architecture.
