Local architecture does not necessarily exist only in rural areas. In the city, it can still attract more attention with its unique architectural style. It seems to be incompatible with the rapid development of modern high-rise buildings. However, it infects the surrounding with a more intense contrast.The use of concrete as a material theme introduces the spatial patterns of traditional communities and modernizes them. The inward courtyard in the original community was transformed into an open yard in the community, and it was turned into a production experience space for folk craftsmanship. In the courtyard where the “community” is embedded, there is a zero-distance experience of the folk, so that the folk can be re-engaged.
